1) We do provide Exchange But there is a policy of No Refunds
2) Exchange is possible if the size doesn’t fit.
No Exchange on change of mind.
3) Exchange can be done with equal price or higher priced products.
4) Size Change has to be informed within 2 days and you can exchange the product in a week. In case of a gift, if the size doesn’t fit you can get it exchanged within 10 days.
5) Exchange can only be done if the product is not Damaged, stained or used in any manner.
6) Postage or courier charges are to be paid by the Buyer. It cannot be waived even in the case of Exchange.
7) Refund can be processed for online orders, only if the product is damaged. But pls take a package opening video. We take utmost care and check the products thoroughly before the dispatch. In case of Returns, postage charges cannot be waived.
